About This Product
Five hundred years ago, Michelangelo painted the moment of creation. Today it would need a prior authorization.
This is our full-color take on the most famous gap in art history. The doctor reaches out. The patient reaches back. Then a third hand slides a clipboard between them: PRIOR AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED.
No caption needed. Anyone who’s worked a clinic floor, sat on hold with a pharmacy, or waited weeks for an approval gets it from across the room. Physicians say they handle about 40 prior authorizations a week (AMA 2025 survey). This one’s for everyone stuck in the gap.
A good fit for nurses, doctors, pharmacists, medical assistants, prior auth coordinators, and patients who’ve lived it. It also makes a great gift for the healthcare worker who’s done explaining why the treatment is “pending.”

The worst part happens where nobody can see it.
The denial arrives in an envelope. The phone call happens in your kitchen. The appeal is a stack of paper on a table nobody else sits at. None of it is visible from the outside, and that is exactly what makes it work.
Prior Authorize This. exists to drag one piece of it into daylight. You were already dealing with your body. They made you deal with them too.
A shirt doesn't fix any of this. It does make it harder for the system to pretend nobody noticed.
